What do I do if the Load Rating Tool doesn’t show up in BrR?
If the load rating tool doesn’t show up in BrR, you will need to turn it on using the Admin Utility delivered with the software. Note, in order to use this utility, it must have been installed with the BrR application. If it is not present, you will need to run the installer again. The Admin Utility can be accessed from the Windows Start (see below):
Log into the database using the same username/password as your BrR login. Note, if your database is set up by a system administrator, they may need to login using their admin password.
Make sure you shut down BrR 7.2 before you do the following:
Check the ‘Enable Load Rating Tool’ checkbox, and then click ‘Save’. See below.
This should turn on the Rating Tool in BrR.
