When starting the program, you get the following error message:
The message may be:
License is not valid for Bridge Design!
License is not valid for Bridge Design and Rating!
License is not valid for Bridge Rating!
This error occurs when you are trying to use a version of the program, but you have not licensed that version. There are options to purchase Bridge Rating (BrR) by itself, Bridge Design (BrD) by itself, or both BrR and BrD.
To resolve this error, make sure that you only install the version of the program that you have purchased:
If you originally installed a product that you are not licensed for, you can modify the software to install that specific product.
Navigate to “Add or Remove Programs”:
“Modify” BrDR:
Press the “Modify” button:
Make sure you select the product that you wish to use that is also appropriate for the license you are using and then press “Next”:
Press “Modify” to then install the modified features:
Once the modified installation is completed, you can then launch the software you have licensed.
